Lancôme - Immersive Box (La Vie Est Belle)
Lancôme beauty as an infinity box at Galeries Lafayette: a world of reflections that responds to your presence.
Immersive Box is the installation created for Lancôme and presented at Galeries Lafayette in Paris in 2022. Conceived as a multisensory infinity box, it reinterprets beauty through the interplay of reflection, light and movement: the visitor's presence triggers visual and luminous transformations that evoke the textures of the brand's iconic products. I led the creative technology and technical direction, along with part of the experiential concept, on a setup blending video mapping, LED screens, mirrors and light interactions with a WebGL layer.
Technical details
I led the creative technology and technical direction of the installation, with a hand in the experiential concept. The piece combines video mapping, LED screens, endless mirrors and presence-triggered light interactions, layered with WebGL. The challenge was the coherence between reflective surfaces and content to produce a controlled sense of infinity.
